Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Insight Specialist to deliver high-quality research and insights that support data-driven decision-making across Vodafone Business and Local Markets. This role plays a key part in shaping market understanding, product and proposition development, thought leadership initiatives, and competitive intelligence. The individual will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, connecting multiple data sources to translate insight into meaningful commercial and strategic outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key partners across Vodafone Business and local markets, interpreting insight requirements and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction
  • Design, execute, and present insight projects, recommending appropriate research approaches based on business needs
  • Deliver customer insights through primary research, including supplier selection and ongoing supplier management
  • Produce market and competitor insights using secondary research, including engagement with industry analysts
  • Provide research consultancy and analytical support for thought leadership activities, such as global trend publications
  • Promote and apply best practices in enterprise insights and research methodologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within B2B, ICT, or enterprise environments
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject
  • A diploma in Marketing and/or Market Research is advantageous
  • Experience from either client-side or agency environments is valued, with exposure to strategic or commercial decision-making considered a plus.
