Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month ongoing contract. This is a senior, strategic role where you will partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters
Lead on organisational design, change management, and transformation programmes
Drive workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business objectives
Provide strategic insight on employee relations, performance, and engagement
Support the delivery of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
Requirements:
Proven experience operating at a senior HR Business Partner level
Strong background in organisational change and transformation
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
