Job Description

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month ongoing contract. This is a senior, strategic role where you will partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters
  • Lead on organisational design, change management, and transformation programmes
  • Drive workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Provide strategic insight on employee relations, performance, and engagement
  • Support the delivery of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating at a senior HR Business Partner level
  • Strong background in organisational change and transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
