Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
  • 7+ years of experience in the marketing field with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign strategy
  • Proven track record of owning the strategy behind integrated campaigns (audience prioritization, offer development, messaging, channel mix) and connecting marketing activity to measurable outcomes, such as qualified leads and funnel impact
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and an understanding of how ABM tools and signals inform campaign targeting, personalization, and prioritization
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of marketing and tools/programs, such as Salesforce, Pardot and Microsoft Office
