Job Responsibility:
Define the Playbook: take Agentic Commerce offering from 'Pilot' to 'Scale'
Identify the right first-mover merchants, structure the commercial approach, and create feedback loop
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
Help merchants navigate hype, understand infrastructure risks, and architect data feeds
Be the commercial bridge between merchants and major AI platforms
Turn learnings into a GTM engine
Collaborate with marketing to train Sales and Account Management teams
Champion 'Merchant-First' principles
Navigate European regulatory landscape (PSD2, SCA, GDPR)
Help global merchants solve cross-border complexity
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in commercial-facing or GTM strategy roles
Previous experience in payments or financial technology is a plus
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Track record of navigating complex enterprise organizations and driving strategic initiatives
Technically fluent in payments stack
Curious about AI infrastructure
