We enable Plaid’s sustainable growth by providing financial insights and raising capital to invest in our business. The GTM Finance function is a strategic partner to Plaid’s world-class Go-to-Market organization. The team owns revenue forecasting, ROI analytics, and performance visibility — and serves as a critical voice in resource allocation decisions. As Head of GTM Finance, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and the Executive team to ensure our GTM engine delivers best-in-class results.

Requirements:
12+ years in Finance, with a background spanning management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology company
Deep fluency in B2B SaaS and GTM metrics
Exceptional analytical rigor paired with sharp business judgment
A genuine builder with a player-coach approach
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
Fintech or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
