Job Responsibility:

  • Join one of our multifunctional teams and work with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Analytics
  • Be part of our business development and decision-making process
  • Be exposed to current issues such as fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce), competition and customer reality
  • Given an independent project for which you will be responsible for its success from Day 1
  • Areas might include: analyzing key competitors, working on new product launches, improving cost competitiveness for our manufacturing activities

Requirements:

  • Master student with strong academic results
  • Available for a duration of 3-6 months (next internship availabilities starting October 2025)
  • Flexible with location and willing to work at any of our DACH sites (Schwalbach, Wien, Zürich, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Marktheidenfeld)
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drive for leadership
  • Strong passion for Finance
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use gut feeling and instinct
  • Speak and write proficiently in English and German (B2)
