Strategic Finance Business Partner - Product and Engineering

We're looking for a talented Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. The Finance team at Anaconda turns financial insights into strategic clarity, enabling data-driven decisions across the business while ensuring responsible stewardship of resources. We partner with leaders across the company to translate business objectives into financial models, drive profitable growth, and build sustainable operations that advance our mission to transform the world with open source. As a Strategic Finance Business Partner supporting our Product & Engineering (P&E) organization, you'll work directly with our Chief Product & Technology Officer and P&E leadership team to manage the P&E P&L and navigate the ambiguous nature of engineering spend. Unlike revenue-generating functions where impact is directly measurable, you'll help leadership make complex trade-off decisions on investments without clear ROI benchmarks: balancing innovation, technical debt, infrastructure costs, and platform capabilities that enable our entire business. You'll bring structure to uncertainty and can work within the grey, translating technical complexity into financial clarity.
