Job Description

This is an opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of ~60 Global Strategic Accounts across the UK, helping some of the world’s largest organisations unlock more value across Uber’s U4B solutions beyond travel. You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, identifying new use cases, expanding relationships, and driving long-term commercial growth. We’re looking for someone with a true hunter mentality — proactive, commercially driven, and energised by outbound activity and uncovering new opportunities. You will lead the full sales cycle, from identifying business challenges through to building tailored solutions and closing complex deals. Success in this role comes from building credibility with executive stakeholders, understanding how large businesses operate, and influencing decision-making across multiple lines of business. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to generate pipeline, drive revenue growth, and deliver measurable customer impact. This is a highly strategic, fast-paced role within a global team, requiring strong relationship management, ownership, and the flexibility to collaborate globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier Global Strategic Accounts, driving commercial growth and uncovering new business opportunities across key markets
  • Lead proactive outbound sales efforts, partnering cross-functionally to identify strategic opportunities and expand customer relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinating all customer touchpoints to deliver a seamless, high-impact client experience
  • Collaborate closely with Global Strategic Leads, Implementation teams, and regional counterparts to align on account strategy and business outcomes globally
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product, operational, and commercial priorities
  • Develop a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and Uber's operational footprint to ensure the right product-market fit across diverse geographies
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic account planning to deliver measurable revenue growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or solutions-led sales environments
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong outbound sales experience with the ability to build and convert strategic pipelines
  • Experience managing large enterprise/global accounts, including RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and complex deal cycles
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Business fluency in English
  • Flexibility to travel up to 15% annually

Nice to have

  • Experience within Consulting, Technology, Financial Services, or other highly strategic industries
  • Exposure to managing global accounts across multiple regions and time zones
  • Experience building global account strategies with forecasting ownership
  • Strong partnership and ecosystem development experience
  • Experience mentoring, leading initiatives, or driving broader team success
  • Data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision making
  • Passion for building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environments
