Job Description:

We are hiring for a strategic and hands-on Enablement Program Manager to build, deliver and reinforce enablement programs that allow our Go to Market teams to execute successfully. In this role you’ll partner with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to understand business objectives and design and lead learning experiences in support of those objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for our Strategic Sales Team and other GTM support groups and own change management end to end
  • Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90 day programs
  • Partner with subject-matter experts including PMM, Advisory, Services and Sales Leadership to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences
  • Identify skills gaps use data, feedback, and performance insights to recommend actionable development plans for teams and individuals
  • Own your learning journey using tools such as LMS platforms and learning analytics dashboards
  • Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders at all levels
  • Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes, and continuously iterate to improve
  • Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths to ensure employees are meeting and beating goals

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a sales and/or enablement role ideally within procuretech
  • Proven track record designing and scaling effective programs within high growth companies
  • Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines
  • Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping people develop their potential

  • Facilitation, instructional design, and curriculum development skills
  • Familiarity with LetterAI or LMS systems
  • Knowledge of product GTM motions and sales productivity metrics
