Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and creative Strategic Delivery Consultant - Idea Activation & Engagement (Lead Business Execution Consultant). This role is part of the Human Resources (HR) Product Strategy & Operations team that plays a critical role in shaping the future of our HR Products. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product roadmap effectively meets the needs of our employees and the business. This role plays a critical role in driving cross-functional projects from concept to reality. It will involve strategic problem-solving and storytelling, facilitating collaborative efforts, and a strong emphasis on developing compelling content to communicate ideas, progress, and outcomes effectively across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and, at times, lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • facilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse stakeholders
  • partner with subject matter experts to shape and refine nascent ideas into actionable plans and initiatives
  • develop and execute content strategies to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to various audiences
  • build strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to ensure buy-in, alignment, and successful implementation of initiatives
  • help define and track key metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of implemented initiatives

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex issues and formulate data-driven solutions
  • experience with Power BI
  • superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • a strong understanding of change management principles and practical experience in guiding organizational transitions
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and relevant project management software
  • Product Management for internal software such as HR, Finance, etc
