As a Strategic Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) - Google Marketing & Cloud you will ensure client satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service.

  • Has solid experience in account management in the tech and digital marketing industry
  • Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Excels as a self-starter and is driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
  • Is an excellent communicator in fluent English and German (min. C1)
  • Brings a willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%)
