Job Responsibility
Managing a portfolio of key accounts and building strong client relationships
Proactively driving TRKKN's commercial growth
Ensuring successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and satisfying client needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to client challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyzing accounts and conducting business reviews, building strategic roadmaps and identifying new opportunities to enhance digital maturity
Providing regular updates to clients on project progress and addressing any arising issues
Collaborating with external tech partners
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends to provide our clients the most relevant support
Requirements
Has solid experience in account management in the tech and digital marketing industry
Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Excels as a self-starter and is driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
Is an excellent communicator in fluent English and German (min. C1)
Brings a willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%)
