Job Responsibility:

  • Drive growth within a portfolio of Financial Services & Insurance clients
  • Act as the figurehead for Valtech’s Financial Services & Insurance consulting practice, inspiring teams and clients alike
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams delivering Financial Services & Insurance projects
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Develop and promote Valtech’s perspectives on key trends and challenges within Financial Services
  • Publish whitepapers, contribute to industry reports, and represent Valtech’s voice on relevant topics
  • Build deep partnerships with Financial Services & Insurance clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with Valtech’s global teams to co-create bespoke strategies that leverage emerging technologies and best practices
  • Drive business development and expand Valtech’s client base in Financial Services & Insurance
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of consultants specialized in Financial Services & Insurance
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill internal teams on industry trends and digital consulting methodologies

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of consulting experience in Financial Services & Insurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, specifically within retail banking, wealth management and insurance
  • Close relationships with key technology partners in the vertical
  • Deep knowledge of digital transformation, fintech, and the Financial Services landscape, including trends, challenges, and regulatory frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and leading industry discussions
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships on accounts that are 10m+
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
