Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Planner to join the Strategic Planning & Insight team. In this role, you will design and deliver Sales Plays, insight‑driven pitch materials that position advertising solutions with major clients. The ideal candidate will bring proven media agency experience, using insight to shape winning strategies and transform complex product data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for a storyteller and thought leader who can package solutions that align with customer objectives and drive impact at the highest level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the strategy, production, and delivery of Sales Plays across assigned sectors
  • Champion comms planning and pitching best practices
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (analytics, design, measurement, creative) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support sector‑specific business plans with operational excellence
  • Pitch directly to senior stakeholders to drive sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years' media agency experience
  • Proven success delivering pitches for blue‑chip/global clients
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with CMO/C‑suite engagement
  • Expertise in media and comms planning, insight‑led marketing
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Availability within 1‑month notice period

Nice to have:

  • Experience in leading media or creative agencies
  • Knowledge of digital channels including YouTube, video, TV, and Display, plus competitive pitching strategies
  • Advanced brand marketing expertise
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity
