The Strategic CLM Delivery Lead – Switzerland Private Bank is responsible for managing and delivering the transformation of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes to enable the strategic evolution of HSBC’s Swiss Private Banking operating model. This pivotal role will focus on streamlining and optimising end-to-end CLM processes (with a particular emphasis on onboarding), driving both tactical and strategic technology transformation, and overseeing the design, management, and governance of the CLM strategic roadmap.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and maintain a strategic CLM transformation roadmap for Switzerland, with clear milestones, outcomes, and governance structures
  • Oversee the design and implementation of streamlined CLM processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance client and banker experience
  • Ensure alignment with group-wide CLM initiatives and coordinate with global and regional programmes (e.g., Project Leo, Project Sonata)
  • Lead the delivery of front-to-back CLM transformation, focusing on onboarding and ongoing client management
  • Drive and coordinate both tactical and strategic technology changes, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose for the Swiss private banking environment
  • Oversee the management of change, including organisational design, process re-engineering, and technology enablement
  • Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services, management consulting, or a similar environment, with a strong track record in CLM transformation (ideally within Swiss private banking)
  • Deep understanding of CLM processes, technology transformation, and delivery best practices
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory and operational environment for private banking CLM (ideally with experience in the Swiss private banking sector)
  • Proven ability to drive change in complex, matrixed organisations and to work independently
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to run workshops, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver results at pace
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, experienced in delivering board and executive level materials (presentations and papers)
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), fluent in English
