Due to this we are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Relationship Manager who’ll be responsible for nurturing, growing and protecting PGI’s most important client relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients receive exceptional value while identifying opportunities for strategic growth across PGI’s full portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deepen strategic relationships across a portfolio of key accounts
Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, advising on digital resilience and PGI’s specialist capabilities
Build long-term account strategies to support client missions and PGI growth objectives
Lead client reviews, roadmap discussions and forward planning sessions
Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts
Support the development of well-costed proposals aligned to client needs and budgets
Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and contribute to quarterly and annual planning
Understand and communicate PGI’s full portfolio and USPs to maximise client value
Champion the relationship between Sales and Delivery to ensure seamless service and shared understanding
Work closely with project teams to manage client expectations, risks and escalations
Ensure internal governance, processes and documentation are followed consistently
Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns, case studies and thought leadership relevant to your accounts
Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and account documentation
Support risk identification and mitigation across your accounts
Provide clear reporting on account performance, upcoming opportunities and client sentiment
Ensure all engagements meet PGI’s quality and compliance standards
Champion PGI’s core values and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture
Share insight, market intel and best practice across the team
Represent your accounts in internal planning and management meetings
Requirements:
Experience in account management, client success or strategic business development with a business resilience focus
Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development
A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and map solutions
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, collaborative approach with high personal accountability
