We’re hiring a Strategic Business Development associate to build pipeline within a focused set of high-value accounts. This is not a traditional SDR role. You are responsible for identifying where ElevenLabs can create real impact inside complex organizations, building relationships across teams, and converting that into qualified opportunities and deal progression. You will go deep within accounts rather than optimize for activity volume. Success comes from strong judgment, creative outbound, and the ability to generate real opportunities that convert into revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Own pipeline within strategic accounts: build and execute account plans across a focused set of high-value companies
Drive multi-threaded engagement: map and engage stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams
Run high-signal outbound: execute highly personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person
Operate in-market: represent ElevenLabs at conferences, events, and field activities
Partner on deal development: work closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression
Continuously improve the motion: refine targeting, messaging, and workflows based on performance
Requirements:
Track record of generating meetings, opportunities, or pipeline in a B2B environment
Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders within complex organizations
Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify real opportunities, not just interest
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality of execution
High ownership of outcomes, not just activity
Comfortable operating without scripts or rigid playbooks
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Resourceful in understanding how companies operate and where opportunities exist
Comfortable walking into a room, identifying the few people who matter, and starting conversations that lead somewhere
Nice to have:
Experience working in AI, developer tools, or fast-moving technical products
Exposure to account-based or strategic outbound motions
Experience working closely with AEs on deal development
