Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to developing and executing business strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and actionable initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
  • Support leadership in setting short- and long-term business objectives
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business health
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis
  • Monitor progress against business plans and strategic objectives
  • Partner closely with operations, sales, and other departments to gather insights, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance outcomes
  • Facilitate follow-ups on key initiatives and agreed action plans
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
  • Act as a key point of contact for business performance-related inquiries
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 8 + years’ experience in sales, business management, strategy, or a related role
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and highly reliable with a tenacious approach and a determination to succeed
