Job Responsibility:
Contribute to developing and executing business strategy aligned with organizational goals
Analyze market trends, business performance, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and actionable initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
Support leadership in setting short- and long-term business objectives
Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business health
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis
Monitor progress against business plans and strategic objectives
Partner closely with operations, sales, and other departments to gather insights, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance outcomes
Facilitate follow-ups on key initiatives and agreed action plans
Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
Act as a key point of contact for business performance-related inquiries
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
8 + years’ experience in sales, business management, strategy, or a related role
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
MBA preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
Self-motivated, self-sufficient and highly reliable with a tenacious approach and a determination to succeed
