Job Description:

Career-accelerating role working closely with top manager and P&L owner leading ~1000 IT professionals, intended to develop decision-makers in an international environment.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and interpret business performance data to drive decisions
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance
Support strategic decisions and articulate messaging of their outcomes
Collaborate with Finance, People, and Sales teams across borders
Represent principal in internal settings

Requirements:

2-3 years in business consulting, audit or similar analytical environment (e.g., Big 4)
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with BI and GenAI tools
Fluent in English
Ability to work with Spanish and/or French colleagues

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
French language skills
Experience with case interviews
Multiple ways to calculate margins and measure business health
