Job Description:

A Strategic Asset Manager who will take ownership of VIP client relationships with executive oversight. This role requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a background in top-tier consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking (minimum two years at a reputable firm). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be eager to make a significant impact in the travel and hospitality space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own VIP Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value homeowners and investors
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with leadership to analyze, report, and execute on key asset management projects
  • Enhance Financial Insights: Analyze property performance, monitor key financial metrics, and recommend strategic actions
  • Optimize Portfolio Performance: Develop and maintain financial models to track revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI
  • Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to internal stakeholders, homeowners, and leadership teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in reporting, financial analysis, and operational processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in consulting, investment banking and/or hotel management
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and generate strategic insights
  • Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the travel and hospitality industry
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus

  • Establish a network of vendors (brokers, inspectors, contractors etc) to help facilitate the acquisition
  • Review and negotiate contracts for acquisition (in conjunction with in-house legal team)
  • Help identify possible roadblocks to closing in specific locations (city, county, state jurisdictions)
  • Asset Management: Work with on-site property mangers in locations with larger assets to maintain the building standards and keep building
  • Assess and make recommendations on the asset's rent rolls, CAMs, expenses, vendor agreements, leases
  • Develop an annual capital improvement budget for each asset
  • Asset Management: Work with in-house finance team to develop an annual business plan for each asset
  • Identify, obtain bids and recommend contractors to handle maintenance and capital improvements
