Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Asset Management Officer to provide administrative support to the Sustainability team and complete all elements of the key responsibilities to a high level of accuracy.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertaking the Stock Option Appraisals process which scores properties to determine whether they should be disposed of
  • Undertaking affordable rent valuations
  • Managing the fleet of vehicles, including the booking of services, repairs, and MOT's, and ensuring that the tax and insurance is all up to date. Organising the auction of old vehicles
  • Updating EPC data on software and spreadsheets
  • To work in all compliance areas of Asset Management

Requirements

  • A high level of proven accuracy
  • A basic understating of contact procurement and tendering for best value (administration)
  • Knowledge of building services (legislation and compliance)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and able to work independently without the need for close supervision
  • Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines
  • Possess an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent influencing and persuasion skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver solutions to problems that are sensible, practical, and proportionate to the risk
  • Excellent communication and people skills, possessing the ability to liaise with various audiences both in writing and verbally
  • Good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
