Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Strategic & Analytical Investor Relations (Specialist or Manager) to join a large Japanese multinational high-tech PE-backed manufacturing company.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and develop strong relations with the main US Private Equity Shareholder
  • Work with the current IR Specialist & CFO to communicate investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potentially new or existing clients
  • Oversee all IR matters for both Domestic & International Projects
  • Communicate the company’s story and value proposition by crafting a market narrative
  • Drive engagement by organizing Investor Meetings and networking opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the investment landscape
  • Maintain regulatory disclosure and compliance requirements, including quarterly and annual reports

Requirements

  • Exceptional track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management
  • Experience working with multinational PE-backed companies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Japanese & English
  • Fluent in Japanese, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions seamlessly
  • Fluency in English is an advantage
  • Experience working in High-Technology Manufacturing Companies is an advantage
  • 5 years experience
