Job Description:

Join Comarch’s Financial Services team as a Strategic Alliance Manager and play a key role in expanding our global presence. You’ll work at the crossroads of Sales, Technology, and Strategy—building high-value alliances with leading tech partners and converting them into revenue-generating opportunities across EMEA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and grow co-sell pipeline, deliver partner-influenced bookings
  • Acquire new clients and expand existing FS accounts
  • Create and execute joint Go-To-Market plans with global partners
  • Support Account Executives in leveraging partner ecosystems to accelerate sales
  • Manage qualification and conversion of partner-sourced leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders (PDM, Field Sales, Solution Architects)
  • Lead enablement sessions to promote Comarch FS capabilities
  • Facilitate effective seller-to-seller collaboration
  • Manage joint business plans and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all partner activities and pipeline
  • Provide reliable data-driven forecasts and reports (pipeline, bookings, billings)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise/SaaS sales or business development, ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of FS technologies (Cloud, Core Systems, Data Analytics, RegTech, AI/ML)
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication (VP+)
  • Highly proactive, independent, able to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Willingness to travel when required
