Job Description

You are invited to join our client as a Strategic Advisor to help shape cross-chain infrastructure, tokenomics, and Web3 ecosystem strategy. This fully remote, part-time role lets you influence interoperability across multi-chain ecosystems and scalable digital asset adoption on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership on interoperability initiatives, ecosystem incentives, token utility frameworks, and long-term growth opportunities across evolving multi-chain landscapes. This role is designed for a senior Web3 operator with deep experience across cross-chain ecosystems, tokenomics, DAO strategy, DeFi infrastructure, and scalable ecosystem expansion. In this role, you will tackle cross-chain strategy, tokenomics, and DAO development to support interoperable, scalable Web3 infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise on cross-chain infrastructure strategy, interoperability initiatives, and multi-network ecosystem expansion
  • Provide strategic guidance around tokenomics design, emissions models, staking systems, treasury strategy, and incentive alignment
  • Support the development of scalable DAO and community participation frameworks across the ecosystem
  • Contribute insight around DeFi infrastructure, liquidity ecosystems, and on-chain financial connectivity models
  • Evaluate emerging blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 opportunities, and interoperability partnerships
  • Advise leadership on ecosystem growth initiatives, network effects, and sustainable participation models
  • Support strategic planning for wallet interoperability, digital asset infrastructure adoption, and decentralized financial connectivity
  • Provide perspective on evolving Web3 infrastructure trends, tokenized economies, and cross-chain market dynamics

Requirements

  • Deep experience across Web3 infrastructure, cross-chain ecosystems, DeFi platforms, or blockchain interoperability systems
  • Strong understanding of tokenomics design, staking systems, emissions strategy, treasury management, and DAO frameworks
  • Experience supporting or scaling blockchain ecosystems, multi-chain products, or decentralized infrastructure initiatives
  • Familiarity with wallet infrastructure, liquidity systems, digital asset connectivity, and on-chain financial ecosystems
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience advising founders, protocols, DAOs, or blockchain infrastructure companies
  • Strong understanding of emerging trends across digital asset interoperability, decentralized governance, and tokenized network growth
  • Excellent communication, ecosystem relationship management, and strategic advisory capabilities
  • Previous experience working within rapidly evolving crypto-native environments is highly preferred
