Job Description

What You’ll Do Contribute to the development and execution of supply chain strategy initiatives and advisory projects. Support Strat Advisors and Principals in the creation of high-level client blueprints, strategy decks, and design artifacts. Perform analysis across business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations. Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, insights, and recommendations grounded in data. Participate in high-level design phases of projects, supporting business process definition and key design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, industry, and architecture) to support solution alignment and rollout planning. Assist with engagement planning, workstream coordination, and internal reviews to ensure deliverable quality. Contribute to internal thought leadership, market research, frameworks, and reusable assets. Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings. Design and deliver end-to-end, strategy-aligned solution demonstrations that translate complex capabilities into clear business value for client stakeholders. Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams to shape, configure, and tailor demo scenarios, data, and environments based on client needs and maturity. Lead or support client-facing and executive demos, adapting in real time to feedback and capturing insights to refine strategy, solution design, and future demo assets.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and industry best practices
  • Experience supporting strategy, transformation, or advisory engagements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights
  • Effective storytelling and presentation skills
  • able to connect analysis to business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently on defined workstreams while knowing when to escalate
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and client impact
  • Developing confidence in challenging assumptions and contributing to solution design discussions
  • Typically 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, consulting, strategic planning, or related roles
  • Experience working in one or more industry verticals (multi-vertical exposure is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformations, or complex projects
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience creating executive-ready content and participating in client-facing discussions
  • Foundational process modeling and business analysis skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, client-facing environments
