Job Description

Rotorua Lakes Council is seeking a Strategic Advisor for a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover. The role involves corporate planning and reporting, including Annual Report and Long-Term Plan work, non-financial performance measures, and audit processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the drafting and quality checking of the Annual Report
  • Support key components of the Long-Term Plan
  • Take charge of the operational delivery of non-financial performance measures gathering data
  • Work with teams across Council
  • Prepare audit responses
  • Shape reports
  • Help drive timely audit processes
  • Coordinate LTP consultation with engagement and communications teams
