Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue, retention and share of wallet
  • Develop and execute end-to-end account strategies and long-term growth plans
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals and strategic initiatives
  • Identify and deliver new growth opportunities across your portfolio
  • Build deep customer insight and align account strategies to Australia Post’s broader objectives
  • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional Pod team to deliver coordinated outcomes
  • Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement internally and externally
  • Deliver strong commercial outcomes, underpinned by data-led insights and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts in a B2B environment
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, renewals and strategic outcomes
  • Experience shaping and executing account strategies across multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at C-suite level
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation and growth strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable account strategies.
