Job Description:

Guide the strategy and execution for the Moen brand within The Home Depot’s eCommerce business, delivering profitable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Moen’s digital presence. This role serves as the primary relationship lead for The Home Depot’s eCommerce team and is responsible for developing integrated sales and demand generation strategies, optimizing online merchandising, aligning promotional and pricing strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the account.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop integrated demand generation strategies to deliver sales growth and increase market share for Moen within The Home Depot eCommerce business
  • Create and execute annual sales, marketing, and promotional plans, including digital marketing initiatives, pricing strategy, programming, online discoverability, and ratings & reviews optimization
  • Apply knowledge of The Home Depot’s digital platform, merchandising systems, and internal processes to enhance effectiveness and execution
  • Analyze business performance, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and inform strategic planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that clearly communicate Moen’s brand messaging, product benefits, and value propositions to key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers at The Home Depot and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives
  • Partner closely with internal teams across Wholesale, Retail, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver coordinated account strategies
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of online merchandising assets, including product descriptions, images, videos, bullet points, and technical documentation
  • Create and share monthly performance scorecards, providing actionable insights on KPIs, customer trends, and financial performance
  • Generate accurate monthly forecasts and proactively identify risks and opportunities to meet financial objectives
  • Coordinate eCommerce-related operational and supply chain initiatives, monitoring metrics such as fill rates, logistics performance, and service levels
  • Support compliance with eCommerce distribution policies and contribute to strengthening organizational knowledge and capabilities within the eCommerce channel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of account management experience, including at least 2 years within the eCommerce channel
  • Direct experience managing or supporting The Home Depot account required
  • Strong understanding of The Home Depot’s systems, merchandising structure, and digital commerce environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital commerce, including pricing and promotions, digital marketing, content optimization, and eCommerce fulfillment
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable results
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and performance management
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business conditions and shifting priorities
  • Analytical mindset with experience improving digital KPIs through data-driven insights
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
