As a Strategic Accounts Lead, you will own and grow some of Hebbia’s most sophisticated and high-value client relationships in global finance. You’ll bring a blend of financial expertise, relationship management, and commercial acumen to land Hebbia across multiple divisions and expand usage enterprise-wide. This is a senior, client-facing role suited for experienced bankers, advisors, or finance executives who can engage at the highest levels of the industry and translate complex business needs into transformative AI solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end strategic relationships with Hebbia’s largest financial clients across investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, credit, and advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and deal teams, helping them identify needle-moving use cases where Hebbia can deliver step-change efficiency and insight
Drive customer value and commercial growth by managing account plans, leading enterprise sales motions, and expanding Hebbia’s footprint across global organizations
Architect adoption playbooks, defining best practices for change management, stakeholder alignment, and quantifying ROI at scale
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate client needs into product roadmap and co-develop new solutions
Shape Hebbia’s go-to-market strategy in finance by codifying learnings and playbooks from our most strategic accounts
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, advisory, or other senior finance roles with significant client-facing responsibilities
Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships across complex, global organizations
Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through relationship management, consultative sales, or advisory roles
Strong vertical knowledge across multiple areas of finance (e.g., public/private equity, hedge funds, credit, advisory)
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and quantify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
Exceptional communication skills
able to engage credibly with C-suite executives and front-line deal teams alike
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
Comfortable and excited about in-person, in-office work 5 days/week in our SoHo NYC office
