The Strategic Account Technology Strategist (S-ATS) – Financial Services (Insurance) is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for a top global customer in the financial services industry. Together with a Global Account Team, the Strategic Account Technology Strategist works exclusively to support the business of a global insurance customer, mapping business scenarios to the technical foundation, understanding and translating customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrating resources throughout the customer’s digital journey. The S-ATS’s technical acumen enables customers to do business in new ways, driving adoption of Microsoft Azure Cloud, including Generative Artificial Intelligence and Data Platforms, Modern Workplace solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is the owner of the Information Technology Decision Makers relationship and acts as a virtual Chief Technology Officer, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering transformative outcomes.

Customer and Industry Insights: Synthesizes and combines various business and industry insights

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 5+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
OR equivalent experience.

3+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
2+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
3+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.
3+ years experience with AI and cloud platforms.
Experience in Sales and implementations of cloud services.
