Job Description

The Senior Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our enterprise customers. You will work exclusively to support the business of customers, map business scenarios to the technical foundation, understand and translate the customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrate resources in the customer’s digital journey. Senior ATS' technical acumen enables customers to do business in new disruptive ways. You will drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and you will be the owner of the IT Decision Maker (ITDM) relationship and act as a virtual CTO.

Job Responsibility

  • Synthesizes and combines various business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning.
  • Applies deep expertise and thought leadership to identify the right Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical industry.
  • Provides Account thought leadership and provides technical guidance to internal teams to position technology.
  • Creates security thought leadership with the customer's executives.
  • Maintains and leverages a broad knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer and internal advocate.
  • Leads analysis of overall customer situation for some of the largest and most complex accounts.
  • Creates trusted, long-term multi-horizon technological and business roadmaps.
  • Creates, develops, and drives opportunities based on industry best practices.
  • Leads Account Strategy Envisioning with the extended account team.
  • Leads the customer journey into the era of AI and Industrial Metaverse.
  • Acts as the customer's Technology Mentor in established relationships with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in relevant customer industry (e.g., Healthcare, Government, Education, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail)
  • 6+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.

Nice to have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
