Atlas Performance, part of Kochava, is redefining the future of adtech. We're at the forefront of a brand new category - Supply Performance Systems - empowering publishers and advertisers to maximize value, transparency, and results from their digital inventory. For this role, we are seeking two Strategic Account Managers to support Atlas Performance, Kochava’s real-time, cross-device, outcomes-based measurement and optimization platform. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be a key member of Kochava’s Revenue team, owning strategic client relationships, driving adoption and expansion, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term account growth and profitability.

Job Responsibility

  • Product & Platform Expertise: Develop deep expertise across the Atlas Performance suite
  • Achieve expert-level proficiency in presenting and demoing the platform
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap
  • Outcomes Measurement & Optimization: Achieve quarterly revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Own day-to-day account management
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business
  • Position outcomes optimization as a core differentiator
  • Measurable Extension: Partner with publishers and platforms to support RFP responses
  • Develop media packages
  • Collaborate with Marketing
  • Work closely with Ad Operations
  • Support campaign trafficking, QA, pacing, delivery, and performance monitoring
  • Implement pixels, postbacks, and conversion tracking
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, customer success, ad operations, or sales support)
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving account growth
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Deep familiarity with CTV, digital publishing, and the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operators and executive stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of the ad tech landscape and measurement ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with ad operations, campaign tagging, trafficking, and QA across ad servers, DSPs, and publisher platforms
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, Slack, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Experience in mobile and/or CTV ad sales, user acquisition, publisher monetization, or related ad tech roles strongly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
