Individual contributor sales position accountable for strategically selling the breadth of the product line to named strategic account(s), across regional boundaries, as applicable. Requires a balanced sales effort involving sales/account management skills and product knowledge/problem-solving/solution. Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals. Travel is required.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, grow, and maintain sales and management customer relationships at corporate and executive levels within assigned account
Engage appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales pursuits
Maintain account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel
Manage the ongoing account relationships, up to and including executive management
Assess key decision-makers' needs and develop a plan of action to meet customer needs with CommScope products and services
Coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives
including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals
Demonstrate significant expertise in all products and solutions
Responsible for achieving approved Product List (APL) status within the assigned account
Understand customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately match solutions to meet customer needs
Review revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectives
Provide information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success
Develop strategic account plans for named accounts
Responsible for achieving financial objectives within the assigned accounts
Support regions in penetrating CommScope’s products and solutions into the regional markets for their named accounts
Participate in territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers
Assess market opportunities and develop business plans to meet revenue objectives
Requirements:
