Job Responsibility:
Consultative Growth: Transition from merely selling to becoming a trusted advisor, uncovering how our Azure-powered solutions can address intricate communication challenges for prominent brands
Strategic Upselling: Take the initiative with our existing portfolio to unveil new products that enhance the customer experience
Platform Advocacy: Represent Esendex Connect, showcasing how our new speed and scalability can revolutionize a client's ROI
Relationship Excellence: Guide the customer purchasing journey within large organizations, managing complex negotiations and sealing high-value deals
Collaborative Success: Collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to relay client needs, ensuring our roadmap remains at the forefront of the market
Requirements:
A solid background in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or Telecoms
Enthusiastic about modern architecture (like Azure) and can articulate how technical capabilities translate into business value
Forge long-term partnerships with a professional, consultative approach
Self-motivated, thrive on surpassing goals, and revel in the success of expanding key accounts
Comfortable in a boardroom, shifting effortlessly between high-level strategy and detailed technical execution
