The Strategic Account Manager is a unique position for a fitness specialist with strong stakeholder management and new customer acquisition skills to join our team. As the main point of contact for one of our largest customers, you will ensure that our services add value and meet requirements. In addition, you will use your experience in sales and project management to further expand our business in Germany and support the Regional Client Director in projects.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, develop, and strengthen our operational teams at three locations (Munich & The Hague)
Planning staffing and succession together with the Regional Client Director
Ensuring that all contractually agreed services are provided in accordance with quality standards, ISO guidelines, and customer expectations
Identifying strategic opportunities and developing innovative solutions – whether for products, services, or processes
Achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets for your customer contracts
Building long-term relationships and ensuring successful contract renewals
Working closely with internal departments (e.g., HR, finance, IT, marketing) and external partners to continuously improve our offering
Continuously improving the experience of our customers and teams – in compliance with all relevant legal requirements
Being present on site and setting an example
Establishing and expanding new business in Germany
Active project management and support for the Client Director

Requirements:
Degree in sports science, public health, health management, or a comparable field
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with leadership responsibility in an international environment
Passion for exercise, health, and vitality
Experience in leading teams
Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
Written and spoken language skills: German C1 & English C1
Confidence in implementing operational business plans, managing budgets, and pursuing goals
Confident in dealing with high-level decision-makers in corporate environments
Experience in managing partnerships and stakeholders
Openness to evidence-based work in a knowledge-oriented organization
Willingness to travel within Germany and the Netherlands
