As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the primary guardian and growth driver of our most valuable merchant relationships. Reporting directly to the Strategic Partnership Director, you will act as the bridge between Satispay’s long-term vision and our partners' operational success. You will own the end-to-end relationship for a boutique portfolio of 4-5 top-tier global accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Portfolio Management – serving as the dedicated C-level point of contact for Satispay’s most influential partners
Strategic Growth & Planning – developing and executing multi-year account plans to drive transaction volumes
Product Innovation & Integration – identifying opportunities for deeper integration
Relationship Orchestration – coordinating across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Tech teams
Collaboration with Leadership – working closely with the Strategic Partnership Director and the Key Account team
Retention & Data-Driven Advocacy – maintaining a 'zero-churn' mindset
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in managing seven-figure, high-complexity global accounts
Proven track record in Fintech, Payments, or High-Growth Tech environments
Expert ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and manage intricate contractual frameworks
Deep understanding of the payments industry, competitive landscape, and technical solutions
Exceptional ability to lead internal project teams and coordinate multiple departments
Proven experience in navigating international corporate structures and influencing decision-makers
