This Account Manager position will own a dedicated book of business and become the go-to partner clients rely on for strategic clarity and exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who ensures that every client journey delivers success across the three essential areas: strong relationships, tangible results, and value. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of agency or marketing experience, a solid grasp of GA4, Google Search Console, and WordPress, and the ability to explain the why behind results — not just the what. Requirements:
2–5 years of experience acting as a primary point of contact, running strategic client meetings, and building long-term, trusted partnerships
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Working knowledge of paid ad campaigns, search engine optimization fundamentals, social media
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Nice to have:
Worked with clients in the MSP, Storage, Medical, Home Services, or e-commerce verticals
Experience with WordPress functionality, including familiarity with common plugins and managing content updates
Familiarity with Call Tracking Metrics, Ahrefs, Looker Studio and other marketing tools
Google Ads, Meta, SEMrush or other relevant certifications
Proven ability to maintain a consistent communication cadence and build strong, human-centered client relationships
Ability to proactively identify problems, anticipate client needs, and offer resourceful solutions without waiting for direction
High emotional intelligence and the ability to balance empathy with strategic clarity during difficult conversations
