We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager with over 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue, and developing strategic account plans. You will leverage your deep understanding of the IT and cybersecurity landscape to identify opportunities, address client challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with company solutions
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share targets
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-specific proposals, presentations, and contracts
Gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ industries, business challenges, and cybersecurity needs
Offer consultative solutions by aligning product offerings with client objectives and industry trends
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to strengthen customer relationships
Drive new business development by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build professional networks and stay updated on emerging trends
Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM data
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience in Cybersecurity or IT Sales, with a focus on strategic account management
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a highly competitive market
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and solutions
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to influence and build rapport with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful account strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Experience working with enterprise-level accounts
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and their implications for cybersecurity
