Job Description

As the Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the largest and most prominent health plans (i.e. United Health Group, Centene, Molina) across the country. These plans each represent greater than $5m in ARR with aggressive annual growth goals. Key responsibilities include Client Relationship Management, Revenue Growth, Market Research, and development of long-term strategic account plans with our top clients. In this role you will to uncover upsell opportunities and expansion opportunities to increase revenue by promoting the PointClickCare Platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify creative ways to engage with our strategic accounts balancing a top-down/bottom-up strategy to fulfill ARR growth goals
  • Unlock upsell and expansion potential with existing book of business and align strategic goals
  • Augment account plans, uniform messaging, prospecting approach, and strategic direction for the current clients in our named book of business
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the health plan sector
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Understand each client's unique needs and objectives and align our solutions to meet them
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure overall account satisfaction and become an escalation point for addressing any concerns
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare trends, priorities, challenges, and opportunities and how PointClickCare solutions align and support
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in healthcare data and technology
  • Analyze data and reports to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Ensure deliverables arrive on time and fulfill customer requirements, creating an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience at a healthcare SaaS company
  • Record of exceptional performance, demonstrating YOY sales growth, and consistent quota attainment
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with C-suite executives
  • Experience introducing a new healthcare SaaS product to providers
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Gainsight, LinkedIn, and other sales related tools
  • 50%+ Travel
