Job Description:

The Strategic Account Manager is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between medical customer vision and manufacturing excellence. You will hold a high-impact position responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by strategically managing key medical accounts and leading cross-functional teams through the rigorous NPI process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and source new business opportunities specifically within the medical device and healthcare manufacturing sectors
  • Lead the NPI team in managing quotations, project tracking, and engineering change requests for medical components
  • Collaborate with internal production and engineering teams on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and technical drawings for medical-grade products
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare project owners to ensure seamless account management
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on detailed market research and medical-grade product costing
  • Coordinate with regional sites to manage deliveries and sample readiness for international medical clients
  • Represent the company at medical trade exhibitions, seminars, and specialized technical training sessions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or key account management within a medical manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and the product lifecycle for healthcare-related components
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, product costing, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
  • Direct experience within the OEM/CM market specifically serving the medical device manufacturing industry
