The Strategic Account Manager is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between customer vision and manufacturing excellence. You will hold a high-impact position responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by strategically managing key accounts and leading cross-functional teams through the NPI process.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and source new business opportunities within the manufacturing sectors
Lead the NPI team in managing quotations, project tracking, and engineering change requests
Collaborate with internal production and engineering teams on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and technical drawings
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project owners to ensure seamless account management
Develop and implement pricing strategies based on detailed market research and product costing
Monitor and forecast sales trends and pipeline growth to provide insights to senior management
Coordinate with regional sites to manage deliveries and sample readiness for international clients
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, seminars, and technical training sessions
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or key account management within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and the product lifecycle
Solid understanding of technical drawings, product costing, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
Experience within the OEM/CM market or the medical device manufacturing industry
Willingness to travel frequently within the region to support domestic and international business needs
