Strategic Account Executive responsible for developing strong relationships to manage a book of business for Meritain Pharmacy Solutions, achieving customer satisfaction, membership and renewal objectives through strategic client management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Develop strong personal and collaborative internal and external relationships
Manage a book of business (large and mid-size self-funded employer groups)
Achieve customer satisfaction, membership and renewal objectives
Execute strategic components of the client management team's business plan
Manage overall relationship between Meritain Pharmacy Solutions and external partners
Execute on objectives aligned to customer and organizations goals
Offer creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs
Monitor client's product lines and services
Collaborate with Medical account team members and pharmacy support areas
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, implement, and monitor customer's service efficiencies
Collaborate with team members on new client implementation
Perform renewal related tasks on existing customers
Participate in open enrollment
Travel to meet with external partners, clients, and consultants
Service delivery on the customer relationship
Coordinate resolution of issues
Provide support for new products and services
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience
Ability to travel 50% - 75%
Ability to leading open enrollment strategy, including on-site client meetings
Strong communication skills
Communication experience with C-suite level individuals
Monitoring and reporting results of Performance Guarantees
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Nice to have:
Previous Client Management experience with a Health plan carrier
Previous Client Management experience with a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
3 - 5 years of experience of relevant pharmacy industry experience
