Our client, a venture-backed, Series D SaaS company in the HRTech / developer tooling space is hiring for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their talented team. Trusted by Fortune 500 organizations and millions of developers worldwide to hire and upskill technical talent, and they are now looking to expand their GTM team and reach the next stage of growth. The Enterprise Account Executive will own new business across large North American enterprises (10,000+ employees), focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with senior HR, TA, and technical leaders.
Job Responsibility:
Own new business development for large enterprise prospects across North America
Drive outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal execution
Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, product, and customer teams
Build relationships with senior leaders across Talent, HR, Engineering, and L&D
Clearly articulate value and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal hygiene
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product direction
Requirements:
5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HRTech, EdTech, or adjacent platforms
Strong track record of closing new enterprise business and owning full sales cycles
Experience selling into large, complex organizations
Fortune 500 exposure preferred
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth or startup-style environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, customer-focused, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership
