Strategic Account Executive role on the Americas team at Everseen, a leader in vision AI solutions for retailers. You will be at the core of growth and customer success, selling to world's leading retailers and helping them solve challenges with cutting-edge Vision AI.
Job Responsibility:
Define, develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to win new logos within the North American retail market
Build frameworks for account segmentation and performance tracking
Act as primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for key enterprise accounts
Ensure customers recognize value of solutions and manage expectations
Masterfully position new solutions (EverShelf, EverEagle) into existing customer base using ROI-driven SaaS selling methodologies
Identify new markets, alliances, and partnership opportunities to drive new business
Collaborate with senior leadership to align market expansion with corporate objectives
Lead entire sales cycle from securing Proof of Concepts to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals
Serve as voice of the customer collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Drive process innovation across business development and account management
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales role
Demonstrated history of landing new logos and expanding existing accounts in the North American region
Willingness to travel to meet with customers and collaborate with global team
Experience building and managing a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience engaging C-level executives
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Cross-functional leadership skills
