As a Strategic Account Executive on our Americas team, you will be at the core of our growth and customer success. We are looking for highly motivated, solution-oriented sellers who are eager to learn and are passionate about building something truly special. You won't just be selling a product; you'll be a trusted partner to the world's leading retailers, helping them solve challenges with cutting-edge Vision AI.
Job Responsibility:
Define, develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to win new logos within the North American retail market
Build frameworks for account segmentation and performance tracking
Act as the primary relationship owner and serve as the trusted advisor for key, high value enterprise accounts
Masterfully position our new solutions, EverShelf and EverEagle, into our existing customer base
Identify new markets, alliances, and partnership opportunities to drive new business
Lead the entire sales cycle, from securing initial Proof of Concepts to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals
Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Drive process innovation across business development and account management
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales role
Demonstrated history of landing new logos and expanding existing accounts in the North American region
Willingness to travel to meet with customers and collaborate with our global Everseen team
Experience building and managing a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience engaging C-level executives
Proven track record of exceeding targets
