Job Description:

A Strategic Account Executive serves as a senior level liaison for CVS Health’s Health Plan segment within the PBM. Responsibilities include growing revenue, influencing teams, and delivering results for clients.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the strategic account team for client happiness and service delivery
influencing client up-sell opportunities
developing and delivering quarterly and annual reports to clients
formulating responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
executing client renewals.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the PBM
pricing strategies
Medicare services and managed care environment
excellent healthcare sales skills
ability to work cross-functionally and present to executive partners
knowledge of CVS Health programs and market trends.

Nice to have:

Ability to influence client up-sell opportunities
consultative selling skills
relationship building
innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs.
