Job Responsibility:
Focus on delivering customer value and solving customer problems
Work with key large strategic customers across our primary industries
Seek out new opportunities to deliver value, utilise New Relic and expand and enhance existing opportunities
identify, qualify, develop and accelerate high value pipeline
Set the strategy for your business portfolio of existing strategic customers, expansion and new logo, and lead the cross functional to execute on it
Collaborate with the relevant technical and extended specialist teams to ensure existing customers realise maximum value from New Relic, drive innovation using the latest capabilities, features and products, consume effectively and as a result, grow
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Consumption, SaaS or related high-end software or technology sales
A proven track record of overachievement against all key metrics
An unparalleled work-ethic, a desire to help customers be successful
Ability to travel to customer sites regularly
To be comfortable in a dynamic changing and fast moving environment
Excel in both personal ambition AND collaborative teamwork
Have excellent communication skills through all mediums (interpersonal and presentational)
Nice to have:
Background or experience with high-end strategic sales of observability technology
Knowledge of the observability market in EMEA
