Job Description:

As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) - SrMgr, you will serve as the liaison leader supporting a PBM and their clients. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to grow our business through Support of new business, renewals and up-selling of existing clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the liaison leader supporting a PBM and their clients
  • Be the quarterback of the strategic account team and have ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Be the client liaison for contractual requirements
  • Build client relationships with key client stakeholders to help innovate solutions
  • Influence client opportunities through utilizing consultative selling skills
  • Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews to client unique to their needs
  • Provide best in class service by ensuring high quality consulting and services
  • Support internal business teams with client requests and escalations
  • Develop quarterly Medicare strategic business plans aligned to client goals
  • Partner with the client to develop and execute their annual Medicare bid strategy and plan

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare or the PBM industry
  • Experience leading cross functional sales opportunities that touch various departments from concept to completion
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required

Nice to have:

Medicare/EGWP experience preferred
