Job Responsibility

  • Must be able to run a Team of 4 shifts in a Bonded Store
  • Control the roster schedule of all store personnel on shift , breaks ,lunch etc
  • Meet the demands of a busy airline schedule of shipping stock to bases across the Ryanair Network
  • Control of stock in & out of stores
  • Organising trucks for collection and taking of deliveries into the Airport
  • Control of shelf life items in Stores
  • Supporting the Stores manager in daily and weekly objectives, and taking control when store manager is not available
  • Building of Pre Into service kits
  • Building of base Kits
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence required
  • Computer appreciation
  • Able to handle complex tasks and issues
  • Able to use own initiative in the stores daily routine
  • Stock control
  • Control of stores in house cleaning

Requirements

  • Previous stores experience desirable
  • High English level both written and speaking
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • A sound mature sense of judgement
  • Be highly organised and have the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment
  • Be and effective communicator
  • Proven computer skills
  • Be numerically competent
  • Full Driving Licence required
  • Passport required
