Job Responsibility:
Driving Project Success: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, expertly crafting and executing comprehensive project plans from inception to completion
Strategic Scope Management: Define project scope through dynamic workshops, optimize delivery schedules, and proactively manage critical risks and dependencies
Command and Control: Master project success by maintaining astute financial management, precise scheduling, and proactive risk control throughout the project lifecycle
Problem Resolution: Act as the ultimate solution-finder, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving complex project issues to ensure continuous progress
Quality & Leadership: Inspire your teams to deliver all project deliverables on time and to the highest quality standards, and aligned to Woolworths governance frameworks and guardrails
Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence key stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes
Requirements:
Deep expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall delivery etc, to expertly guide complex, multi-vendor IT projects through every lifecycle phase
A seasoned leadership and exceptional communication skills required to manage and influence customer relationships across all levels of the organisation and lead diverse, cross-functional teams
An independent forward thinker in their domain who can proactively manage outcomes
Strong business sense and commercial acumen, with experience managing the full scope of vendor management, including RFP, legal, and procurement processes
Proven history of delivering large-scale, enterprise-level technical projects and managing significant technical and process change
An ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, conflicting demands, proactively managing dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes
Ability to understand and manage project finances including business case creation, monthly forecast/ actuals, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
