Job Responsibility:
Handle internal parts requests by picking and packing a wide variety of components accurately and efficiently
Process and restock returns, including unused components, ensuring stock integrity
Receive and process incoming orders, including all relevant documentation, with attention to detail
Pack and dispatch outgoing orders, ensuring correct documentation and timely delivery
Conduct cyclic stock takes by counting and recording quantities to maintain accurate inventory levels
Assist with maintaining and reorganising the warehouse to optimise space and operational flow
Perform manual handling and preparation of large components safely and effectively
Support additional tasks as required to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with stock management systems such as Sage 200 or similar software is highly desirable
Familiarity with using handheld devices for stock handling tasks
Practical hands-on skills, including the use of tools and manual handling techniques
Current forklift certification is advantageous
Ability to adhere to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
